As an employer you should be aware of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations, these first took effect in 1997 and were amended 1999.  To comply to this legislation you must carry out a Fire Risk Assessment, and if you employ more than five persons a written risk assessment must be produced in order to maintain a safe working environment.  Failure to comply with this legislation is an offense!!  Please check your Insurance policy as failure to comply with the Regulations may mean your insurance is invalid.

FireAssess Fire Safety will formulate a fully comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment, suitable for all businesses.  The Risk Assessment will allow your company to comply to the Fire Precautions (workplace ) Regulations 1997 as amended 1999, The Management of Health and Safety Regulations 1999 and the Fire Certificates (special premises) Regulations 1976.
